Insurance Information:
- I confirm and will maintain Liability Insurance Coverage for my stored items listed herein. Proof of valid insurance must be provided upon request.
Terms and Conditions:
- Monthly invoicing: Invoices issued on the 1st of each month. Rates may adjust with notice.
- Late Payment Fee: $10 late fee for payments overdue by 30 days. Late fees compound.
- Account Management: Use online portal for payments and updates.
- Notification of Changes: Notify Denis RV Center within 30 days of any changes.
- Release of Liability: I agree to hold Denis RV Center harmless from any damages or losses.
- Legal Actions: Responsible for all associated expenses if legal action is initiated.
Storage Guidelines:
- Business Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm; closed on holidays.
- Notice of Pick-up: Minimum 1-hour notice required.
- Last Call for Drop-off: Units must be in staging area by 4pm.
- Sign Units Out and In: Mandatory at the office.
- Transfer from Staging: Guided by Denis RV Center only.
- Empty Holding Tanks: Mandatory before returning unit.
- Cancellation: 30-day notice required in writing or via email.
- Month to Month: Fees charged monthly until cancellation.
- Past Due Invoices: Late fees applied after 30 days past due.
- Payment Reminders: Sent via email; other contact after 60 days past due.
- Payment Plans: Available on a case-by-case basis.
